Cancellation Policy – The Skin Elite

The Skin Elite Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine

At The Skin Elite, we value your time and strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• No-Call, No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day will also incur a $150 fee.
• First-Time Courtesy: We understand things come up. Your first late cancellation or no-show is waived as a one-time courtesy, regardless of reason.
• Exceptions: Illness, family emergencies, and severe weather are always excused, at any time.

To avoid these charges, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can call us at 210-800-9696 or email info@theskinelite.com to cancel. Leaving a voicemail message qualifies as proper notice for canceling an appointment.

Repeat Late Cancellations

After your first courtesy waiver, any additional late cancellation or no-show (outside of the exceptions above) will require a non-refundable deposit to book all future appointments:

• $50 deposit for Aesthetician services
• $150 deposit for Nurse Injector services

This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. If a deposit-required appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book your next visit.
