Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased in multiples and combined for use by the same person to obtain discounts on sale items or products.
  • Gift card promotions, such as "Buy $100, Get $20," are subject to specific terms and conditions:
    • The bonus amount (e.g., $20) must be used within the same month of purchase and only applies to services or products that are not already discounted.
  • Series of services are not refundable but may be converted to a credit that can be applied toward another service.
  • Skin Elite is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • A 48-hour advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment will incur a service fee.
  • For no-shows, a fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. For pre-paid packages, one of the included services will be forfeited. No exceptions.

SMS Marketing and Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Skin Elite. These may include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates.
  • Exclusive offers, promotions, and special event notifications.
  • Educational content about our services and products.

You may opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may limit some communication, such as appointment reminders or promotions.

  • By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined above.
  • Skin Elite reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
