How does a MINT PDO Thread Lift work?

Before we insert the MINT PDO threads, we will mark your skin in the places the threads will be inserted. We will then apply a local anesthetic to numb the area to ensure your treatment is comfortable. The procedure takes about one hour. 

Once the anesthetic has taken effect, the MINT PDO threads will be carefully and precisely inserted with a cannula (a blunt-tipped needle). The cannula is moved upward through the tissues beneath the skin to lift and firm the tissues until the thread is secured in its final position. 

After the thread is inserted, the cannula is removed. The thread remains in place, where it holds the tissues of your skin tightly in place. The thread is then massaged to smooth the tissues around the thread. A number of threads will be inserted in different areas to lift and secure the features and anchor the tissues and skin tightly upward.
