Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 48-hour advance notice is required. All no show appointments & same day cancellations will have a fee of $150 charged to the credit card on file, and for pre-paid packages, one of the services will be taken away. No exceptions.
