Refund policy
Services, Products, and Returns
Prices for all services and products are subject to change without prior notice. Pre-paid services are non-refundable unless accompanied by a doctor's note. In such cases, 50% of the original cost will be refunded. All product sales are final.
Special Event Purchases (Updated 11/19/2024)
- Special event pricing for services is valid only during the event dates.
- All purchases made during special events are non-refundable and final unless a doctor's note is provided after the purchase.
- In such cases, 50% of the original cost will be refunded, or you may opt for a 100% credit of the purchase price to be applied to other services.
Validity of Special Event Purchases:
- Skin services or upgrades purchased during special events are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Filler and neuromodulator purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Product Sales and Returns
- Opened product sales are final.
- Unused products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are shipped back or returned in-store.
